British artist CodeFC recently reached out to invite us to view his upcoming solo show, “20:12″ in London at the Curious Duke Gallery on Thursday June 7th. As we won’t be able to get across the pond for it, we wanted to feature his truly incredible work, and show our support as fans.
Code has been working over the past couple of years on developing a conversation in the streets of London about the upcoming Olympic games that the city is hosting this summer. His work features stenciled athletes with heads of cameras and camcorders, suggesting that we look at how much the media and hype of such an event actually affects the sport, the host city, and people who live there.
